We’ve been packed with questions regarding the different order timings. Our aim is to ship out every order as soon as possible. But the problem is that as we have different designers shipping products directly to you from various countries. Because of the different sources for most of our cute products, orders have a varying deliver time. We’re trying to make the process as fast as possible, please bear with us until then.


Since most of our orders are being shipped in from abroad, the tracking number might not be working because of it not being integrated into foreign postal systems. But this happens rarely. If your tracking number is not working for local orders, feel free to contact us any time and we’ll have it sorted right away.


Domestic delivery issues have to be dealt with USPS. You can contact them at (800) 275-8777 to get an update on your order/package.


Your information and credit card security is extremely important to us. That's why we've partnered up with Stripe to handle all of your billing using their secure socket layer, 128-bit encryption. Your credit card data is safer than making a through this secure site more than using it to pay for gas or buy food at a restaurant. So feel comfortable knowing your transaction is 100% completely protected from fraud.


If you need to cancel on a particular order, it can only be done if you contact us almost immediately after you’ve place the order. Since a lot of effort is required for getting all of the products you need from various designers across the globe, if an order gets confirmed by the vendor, it cannot be cancelled.


The condition on our return policy is that you must first send us an email along with your details and the order number you would like to return. You will be receiving a response within 24 hours before you can send the product back. Please note that items being returned have to be in the original condition and packing. All shipment costs to return the product must be taken care of yourself. You will be receiving your money back after an evaluation of the item returned. However, an amount of $5 will be charged as re-stocking fee.
